Recently, we needed to make major changes that included a new home owner’s policy. We looked to John for advice and he and his staff put together a complete plan that allowed us to bundle our coverages and lower our combined insurance costs significantly. We were both impressed and thankful. A special thanks to Ashley, John’s assistant. She is responsive and reliable when we need policy questions answered and changes made to our auto coverages. "I called as I was completely irritated with Allstate !!! Rebekah Houston answered and has been a god send! I had less than 10 days to switch insurance and 5 days later I had home and car insurance with a savings of $2000 every 6 MONTHS on my autos and $1200 on my homeowners insurance. Unbelievable difference in price with same coverage!! I was able to Docusign, so very easy! Thanks Rebekah yiu made this simple and I so appreciate you!"

"I have had John carry my homeowner's policy and multiple vehicle policies for 25 years now. My experience with him and his office staff have been nothing but fantastic! The customer service has been excellent. They readily return my phone calls and meet with me whenever necessary. Calls and emails are always answered timely. John goes above and beyond what is asked of him, even giving me a gift card when I visited him at his office due to my loyalty over the years. I recently had my roof replaced and he helped me through this entire process without any problems occurring. When my vehicles have broken down and a tow was needed, he helped me with that too, including immediately reimbursing me for the tows. I will never have a different agent than John. Please consider using John and his staff for any of your insurance needs. I trust him and his staff with all my heart. They are a very professional and dedicated group. A thankful and very appreciative customer."

"I have carried multiple policies with this company for years—including several homeowners policies, life insurance, multiple auto policies, renters, property, and even health insurance. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The customer service is very poor and far from professional. It is nearly impossible to get timely assistance, and reaching John—who is supposed to be my point of contact—has proven to be a constant struggle. Calls and emails go unanswered, and when I do get through, the service feels rushed and unhelpful. For the amount of money invested across all these policies, I expected reliability and support. Instead, I’ve encountered frustration and a lack of accountability. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to carefully weigh their options before trusting them with something as important as insurance."
"Jeff, Your feedback is important to us and I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your customer service expectations. I did contact you within 3 hours of your request to speak with me. I had several appointments that morning and called as soon as I could regarding the issues you were experiencing with your windshield replacement claim. You posted this review about 20 minutes prior to my call. On Friday morning, 9/12/25, you contacted our office to report that both your and your wife’s vehicles had cracked windshields that needed replacement. My employee, Rebekah, contacted the auto glass shop that you wanted to use and had used previously. Everything went smoothly on the replacement of your wife’s windshield; however, the glass shop could not do the windshield replacement on your 4-Runner as it had a customized lift and after-market roof rack. They could not complete the sensor calibration needed for the windshield replacement and therefore could not replace the windshield due to liability exposure. That day, Rebekah, called a manager of that glass company to confirm that they could not do the job and to determine why. She called you that day to provide you with a status, but you indicated that you were busy and would need to call us back. Subsequently, on the following Monday, 9/15/25, she proceeded to call 2 other auto glass shops to attempt to find shop that could do it. Unfortunately, none of those shops could do it either because of the calibration issue presented by your vehicle. Rebekah called you that day to provide a status and to have you check any glass shops that you were comfortable with also, while she continued to look. You expressed your frustration to her “that she was not doing her job”. The following day on 9/16, Rebekah was able to locate a glass shop that indicated they could do the job and she called you. You indicated that you did not want to speak with her and wanted a call back from me. Rebekah provided me that message and you emailed me to contact you also. That was the first and only request for me to contact you on this matter, which I did 3 hours later at which time you advised me that you were transferring your policies to another agency. We appreciate your business for the 2 years that you were with my agency and wish you the best. "
