Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The customer service is very poor and far from professional. It is nearly impossible to get timely assistance, and reaching John—who is supposed to be my point of contact—has proven to be a constant struggle. Calls and emails go unanswered, and when I do get through, the service feels rushed and unhelpful. For the amount of money invested across all these policies, I expected reliability and support.
